I have a supreme convert. in great condition. Love the car, I bought the lettering that goes across the trunk deck which says OLDSMOBILE. I am a confident good mechanic, but cant pull the trigger on drilling into my trunk. Does any one out there know where I can buy a template? I would have no problems with install with the correct template. Thanks in advance

 

Is the trunk original? On my '72 someone removed the letters and filled in the holes with Bondo before the car was repainted, but you can see where the holes are on the inside of the lid. Did '71 Supremes have the letters on on the trunk also? ( I like the template idea however) Chumley

 

As far as I know it is the original trunk and they did come with the letters in 71. I have not looked that close as to look inside, but I will this weekend. I am still hoping to find a template. Thanks
