Hertz rent-a-car delivery address on the build sheet
So I found another build sheet in my car. This one is actually for this car, and it shows that it was delivered to Hertz at the San Francisco airport.
Just curious how rare, or common this is.

I think it's pretty cool, but I'm guessing it's not terribly rare in that rental car companies buy thousands of cars direct from the manufacturer each year. I'm guessing those cars are not shipped through a dealer as the middle man, so there is no dealer to whom the car would be shipped from the factory. Rather, it would be shipped to wherever the rental company arranged to have it shipped. I don't know this for a fact. I'm just assuming as it would be logical.
I don't know if you were looking for someone to decode the cowl tag, but it decodes as a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass S Hardtop Coupe assembled third week of September 1971 at Fremont, California. Upper and lower body colors are Saturn Gold, interior is Covert Gold vinyl bench seat.
