ok so I'm working on a 69 cutty for a customer and found a new well a in good condition 70 front end by that I mean a hood both fenders and grill lights and bumper all these things I need to get anyway. Im trying to find out before hand will the fenders match up and if they are the same length any help will do.

The front end is entirely different than the 69 shell. As I understand the 70 is a stand alone year, like the 69, and 68. 71/72 are compatible i believe though. I believe the they will all bolt up to the body, but core supports and braces are unique to their respective year. the 68 body lines do line up to the 69, and will interchange. there is a member on the board who has a 69 convert with a 68 front clip on it. probably TMI but figured it might help.
