Cool dual exhaust Transmission cross-member???

HI. I'm looking for a dual exhaust Transmission cross-member. I have a 85 cutlass salon. It has a 87 chevy 350 with a turbo 400 transmission. I have found a couple but thought it would be nice to get some feedback from someone who has one. Or bought a crappy one!

You could also modify the original one. I have seen some that were cut and a piece of pipe welded in for the second exhaust pipe to go thru.

I have two factory ones that are both modified. My buddy had a 81 regal that he did the same with and he broke his taking off from a light racing someone. I would really like a nice after-market one.

I'm pretty sure they're almost the same thing.
If you can get iceman to make you one, i'd get it.

I like the iceman one but if I'm going to pay $200 for one I want the best and the iceman one doesn't come painted. I haven't talked to anyone who has used iceman so I'm a bit learious about buying from them (without knowing there rep).

I would buy from him in a second. He has been around a long time on maliburacing.com. He makes a nice qualty product. If you have a little fab skills and a welder you can modifie the stock one or take one from an early Abody and make it work.

I found the g force cross-member and I think I'm going with it. That thing looks like a beast. Where as the Iceman one is just a little lightweight tube. I'm not looking to save weight I want something that will take any kind of abuse. This is what they say.

The G-Force Performance Racing Crossmember is a heavy duty, double hump transmission crossmember that was designed and fabricated exclusively for 1978 thru 1988 G-Body cars and is manufactured new from 2" x 3" (1/8" wall) rectangular and 1/2" plate steel. And best of all - IT BOLTS IN - no guessing, no cutting, no cussin'! This crossmember is built to take BIG BLOCK punishment and will also stiffen your frame to help straighten out launches. Another benefit of this crossmember is that installing a dual exhaust is a simple bolt-on operation that will provide clean, professional results. No floor pan modifications are necessary. Comes black powder coated only.
