I have one door on the pass side of my car that has rust in the frt upper corner inside. I found a good 1970 door, will it fit the 1971 car?? Any differences??

 

I had to look at your prior posts to find out that you have a 71 2dr hardtop
as long as it's post car to post or holiday to holiday.

You are usually good to swap doors.If the 70 door had a 70 sport mirror,then it will have different openings in the door for the mirror,compared to 71-72.The only other thing to check is to see if the donor door has the same glass as your car,either clear or tinted.If it is different,then you will need to reuse your glass.
