What is this style of shifter called?


I want my 72 cutlass to be just like this , plus overdrive.

I do not want a console.

what will this conversion cost?
Where can I buy this gearshift , just so I can hold it?

Looks like a Hurst 4 spd shifting a Muncie ,BBO , lotsa rubber missing from rear tires!!,poor Tobin no holy **** handles to hang on too !!

BTW i believe that mr ZZ is moving to a 5spd so he may have a 4 spd setup for sale
