Mine has a lot of rot....Been trying to track down a repop core support but 71 seems to a year that is not reproduced often? Is there an interchangeable year I can use? Any help is appreciated.

 

Core supports are one-year-only from 1964-1972. The 1972 support can be used on a 1971, but it will not be correct.

 

Okay, well that makes it easy enough I guess. I see OPGI has a repop for a 1970. This will work correct?

the core supports are for that year only as joe pointed out, he mentioned 72 can be used on 71 and vice versa but if you use a 71 on a 72 you have to use the 71 grills

depnding on condition many folks will repair theirs

so no the 70 will not work on your 71
