I swapped my bench for buckets a number of years ago. Year One and most other vendors sell the a-body bench-to-bucket seat conversion brackets which need to be welded to the floor for the inboard brackets to mount to. The brackets are basically just formed sheetmetal that provide the contoured rises for the inboard seat brackets to be leveled in their mountings.

No, only the outboard rear holes are used with bucket seats. The correct way to install is welding in bucket seat mounts which are available from many aftermarket suppliers.

Those are much nicer brackets than I got - mine are basically just formed flat sheetmetal with the studs welded in place - no contours in them like yours seem to have except for the front rises
