Broadcast sheet?
Found this sheet on top of the gas tank. After peeling back the trunk floor, I posted a pic of the cowl tag along with the Vin in a separate thread a week ago or so

thats a build sheet broadcast card is from fisher and smaller with way less options

what u have is awesome. nice find

almost every fremont car ive had always had it on top of the tank. i think every single one, lol

Ummm there isn't cowl tag visible in the pics u posted lol. And also every buildsheet it have ever seen also list the assembly on the bottom right corner. Urs clearly says Fremont. Zoom in and look

Just below fremont it says the car is a buick
