I'd like to go with LS1 rear discs off 98-02 Camaros and its super easy with corporate 10bolt with c-clips. But I've heard its a bit tougher for BOP bolt in axles. Anybody successfully done it that know what modifications are required?

Contact Tobin at Kore3.com. He's a brake guru and also can sell you the appropriate brackets for the swap. I purchased some from him years ago, but changed my rear end before I got around to it.
