95 olds cutless 3100, Orifice tube removal question

95 olds cutless 3100, Orifice tube removal question
Looking for info on how to get to the orifice tube, anyone help with this? It looks like I need to remove part of the frontend that carries the grill and headlights, not sure about this. I'm afraid if I go after the fitting from the bottom I could possibility *** up and twist the pipe.
