69 cutlass s repair manual

I was looking for a chilton 69 cutlass repair manual, but they only have 70+ repair manuals for the cutlass. I only have expierence with the chilton manuals. You have any suggestions for another brand that has a repair manual for my car?

Run, don't walk, away from the Chilton's/Hayes manuals. Spend your money on a factory Chassis Service Manual. There's no comparison.

I always buy a Chilton's guide for my daily driver (I have one for my 03 VW Beetle, and had one for my 93 Buick LeSaber, 90 Buick Estate Wagon, and 94 Mercury Sable). IMHO, they are superior to Haynes manuals. However, Joe has a point. For a project car the factory service manuals are better than Chilton's or Haynes.

I'll disagree. I ALYWAYS buy a factory service manual for any vehicle I own. Of course, it depends on how much work you plan to do. The Chiltons/Haynes manuals are adequate (but no more than that) for routine maintenance like brakes and tuneups. I do all my own work (including engine replacements, trans rebuilds, etc), and every time I waste my money on a Chilton/Haynes I'm disappointed. I got one for my wife's Honda, for example, and immediately threw it away and got a factory manual. Same for the XJ6 I used to own, same for the Audi I used to own. The info I needed just wasn't there. Now I don't even bother.
