I was really pissed to see that and more so at what someone had done to hide it. But mostly pissed at myself for not looking at the car closer before I bought it. Let the buyer beware! I had several guys look at it including one from a restoration/body shop who felt there was enough meat left between the holes that it was safe to repair and keep driving. There was no other rust through on the frame, just surface rust.
