68 Cutlass Fender Emblems
Remove the front fenders. If you're lucky and have small hands, you might be able to remove the bottom bolts holding the fender to the cowl without spinning the clip nuts. This will allow you to reach up behind the fender and remove the nuts.
If memory serves me correctly (and it may, or may not; gettin' older. LOL!) You can remove the fender well and fender - or - open the door about 1/2 way, and with a flashlight look into where the backside of the emblem would be. You should see the "prongs" and the "speed nuts" that hold the emblem on to the fender. That's where the "small", be it tools or hands, comes in. Once again, good luck. Not an easy thing to do.

yep, thats how I did it , since I had to find a way to stop the nut from spinning in order to get the bottom part of the fender loose. I ended up taking the plastic wheel well off first , so I figured I may as well get the emblem off while im at it.....ripped my forearms up.

Can be done, but also can be very tedious.
Hope you have small hands, small wrenches, and a good bit of patience.
Good Luck!
