Question 67 Cutlass Oil/Amp/Charge gauges
what other GM cars have a circular Oil/Amp/Charge gauge to replace the 67 Cutlass one with idiot lights?

Nothing that bolts in other than the factory 1967 Rally Pack.

You can also just add an under-dash aftermarket 3 gauge set and just do away with the idiot lights.

I have searched and found the unicorn Rally Pac, just curious if a Pontiac or Buick may be a fit.

Define "fit". I'm sure you can find something with about the same diameter. How much do you want to hack up the stock dash to make it fit. Nothing else is a bolt-in if that is your real question.
