is a 66 and 67 cutlass dash the same? and is the A/C dash different than the non A/C? talking about the pad on top.

that is a good question . . . we should have a section to tell which parts are interchangeable for the years. I know 68 and 69 share dash stuff . . . probably 70-72 as well . . .

I do know that often times the dash pad for a/c and non a/c is different because of the vent in the middle.

 

the 66 and 67 dash pads are the same and there is no difference between a/c and non a/c

The chromed plastic part has some minor differences from 66 to 67 due to change in the ***** from small to large flat faced "safety" ***** in 67. No change to the main panel for heater or not, radio or not, ac or not. Cover plates were used on the same basic instrument panel. The rally pack gauge panel was different.
