Hmm, separated at birth? Hey, is that the standard format for a Pennsylvania license plate, 5 digits? Or is that an Olds part #?

 

Seperated at birth? We do call them the twins. Actually the 5 digit plate is a classic plate the standard plate is 7 digits. We have become more like family then even best friends.

 

That is very cool to see. I have a good friend of mine who I met because my daughter was in the same class as his girls (twins). Bill came to pick them up back in 2000 and saw my car in the garage and went nuts, how he had one of these when he was younger, would I sell it to him, can we go for a ride....Anyway, in 2003 Bill got himself a 71' 442 W-30 a very nice car and pretty darn quick. We go to a lot of the cruise nights and car shows together, because there are not a lot of Oldsmobiles in Windsor. Now that my restoration is done, and the engine has been pumped up a bit I can keep up with him better now than before. It's great to see the friendships that start with one comment...."Hey nice car, I have a ....."
