I'm trying to remove the vent window in my 1967 Cutlass Holiday Coupe (I need to replace the weather stripping). I have done this on the passenger side but I'm having a very difficult time on the driver side.

Do I need to remove the driver window first? I do not remember doing this on the passenger side.

It is easier to do with the window removed. Roll the window down all the way and go from there.
