1967 Cutlass

Hello Fellow Olds fans.
My name is Jason, Im from Rock Springs, Wyoming. I have had my 67 cutlass for a while now and have the motor running pretty good. It is the 330 with KB pistons, balanced crank, comp magnum cam and various other comp valvetrain components, performer rpm intake and bg road demon carb. I seem to have a problem keeping it cool with the stock radiator and fan. Also looking for some advice on tranny and rear end swap or upgrade. I started body work but this is not my area for sure. There is some rust in front fenders, trunk floor, I replaced rear quarter lowers but don't really know where to go from here. The car was wrecked in both doors also. I would like very much to find another 67 that is less beat up. I love the body style but don't think I am capable of all the body work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to CO Jason, nice introduction. Make sure you have a fan shroud on that thing, if not that could be why she is overheating.

Welcome

Welcome aboard

Sounds like a nice project to work on. You should be able to find some doors here.

Thank you

You guys seem very knowledgable. I have checked out some of the forums and I like what I see. There really aren't many oldsmobile guys around town here, It's all Chevy or Ford. Don't get me wrong, I can appreciate a nice car when I see one but I'm just not one of those sheep. Maybe the olds is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Thank you for the optimism
