rear Control arms

I am about to re-install the rear control arms on my 68 Convertible Cutlass. It looks like the upper and lower have the same control arm for both sides. Does it matter which one goes were.

thanks Bruce

Same top ones for either side, but the bottoms could be different if you have sway bar.

Both the tops and the bottoms are the same RH/LH. Sway bar or not is irrelevant. All the rear suspension cares about is the center-to-center length between the bushings. There is no reason to incur the added cost of different RH/LH arms. This topic usually results in a post every six months or so. Welcome to the world of low cost mass production.

My point is that even when boxed, they are still the same on both sides. Your first post implied that the sway bar mounts somehow made them RH/LH. That is not the case.
