Installing Hotchkis Front Sway Bar End Links
No mention of this in the instructions at all... but I am assuming I need to connect the end links when there is weight on the car?
As it is now with no body on (and the ends sway bar itself being on 30 degree angle or so as seen in the pic below)... the ends of the long bolts are just flush with the hole in the lower control arm (the bolts were oriented head up and nut on bottom in instructions pics if that matters), and that is w/o the lower washers/poly mounts, making it impossible to get the nut started.

Thx. I will prob to wait until tires are on... or compress it a bit to get the nuts started.
No issues with sway bar mounting holes... I am using the new Hotchkis HD Billet Alum. sway bar mounts for this huge *** 1 3/8" sway bar. There was little to no effort to get bolts started by hand into the stock frame mounting holes. I am hoping it does not get too close to the idler arm. So far though it looks ok, but nothing is tightened yet.

I agree. If the frame mounts are loose, what's stopping you from rotating the ends of the bar downward towards the LCAs?
