Torque specs for sway bar links

Hi. I'm planning on replacing worn out bushings on the sway bar links. What are the torque specs for the bolts? I own a 1970 Cutlass with a 455 engine. Also how difficult is to replace them yourself?

No problem to replace them yourself, but you may need to break the old ones off, depending on how rusty they are.

As for torque - just make them tight. No big deal.

Oh! I thought it would be more complicated. Thanks!
