Today's eBay chicanery - seller hosing

A new and interesting way to screw sellers!

Feller does not get his '65 Starfire part. Customs issue, post office lost it, whatever. I did my part, including send tracking number to buyer and epay.

Twice.

'Cause buyer can't look up that info herself I guess. Sore vajayjay evidently.

Today I go to leave followup comment to the feedback I left this person... only to have ePay assert that no such item number exists, therefore I can't do that. See screen captures below. The other shot appears to show the item number right there in my feedback display.

Buyer feedback shows no comment from me at all, and 100% green. Next thing you know they will disallow the banning of bidders and force you to sell to idiots that leave NFB due to circumstances beyond your control. Other sellers have NO WARNING that this person will burn you for things you did not do.

Not at all seller friendly

Hopefully someone's search for Ebay FRAUD and the luser name "steve505011" will bring them to read this warning and spare them the hassle.

next issue...

I've had issues with ebay in the past, but all in all not to bad. I've had 100% satisfaction dealing with forum members here. This is the first place I search.

I've had almost 1100 transactions on eBay, as both a buyer and seller, and have never had an issue that was the fault of eBay or PayPal. You do run in to the occasional dufus......
Looks like eBay deleted the negative feedback for you.

After repeated hassles with evilbay and Paypal, I finally closed both accounts several years ago.
I found them to be dirty bastids.
Just my humble opinion from my experiences with them.

Recently bought something from ebay and got sent a dist cap instead of a vacuum advance. Got in touch with seller and he said my part went to Sweden. He said would send me right part and never did, no response to mails. I absolutely could not open a case with ebay. Went thru the motions and got spun in circles. Paypal took care of the problem and got me a refund. Oh, the second part was sent to Finland from what Paypal told me. Ebay is BS.
