I can't understand why you wouldn't want it in the living room. I pulled the bench seat from mine and told the wife it was our new couch...she said mabey in the attic... it's a start I guess.

Love that chair, However I would likely get the same reaction from my wife.

Would be PERFECT to use at car shows!

If she do not like it in the living room, then get something even more classy, like the V8 block coffee table... It holds wine bottles, too.

Now that does not suprise me. But I'm not sure you have room in your trunk.

I like it too.

Thumbs up

Nice Chair Pete! I think its safe to say, we've all left the house at 5am (or earlier ) for an Oldsmobile item at one time or another.

My wife came home and thought I was cooking supper. She opened the oven and said WHAT'S THIS! I told her, I just painted my exhaust manifolds with high heat paint and I was curing the paint. She said something to the effect that paint may cure, but there was no cure for me. Women. Nice chair BTW!

Yep...great chair. And down here, if it got stolen at a car show I'd just go up to the only other Oldsmobile in the place and get it back

I think every guy should have a man cave, just one room in the house with no female infuence whatsoever!

Pete, that is nothing.
From 1989-2008 my Mom did not know that my Dad have the blue 63 Starfire.

I have done that with painting valve covers.
My wife told me that my cure would need to come from a doctor, using needle, thread, and Perkaset.
Sooo, I just paint stuff, and cure it if she's out of town for a few days.

Nice chair.
