Things are worse than I thought

So with everything going on I decided to help get momma in better spirits we would take the Honda Oddesy van in for somethig a little more fun. I've been all over the north half of TX for the last few days looking at cars. I must have been in some kind of daze because I just walked outside to where the van used to sit and saw this. Oh what have I done.

Nothing wrong with the stang they are fun to drive. And make getting there more pleasurable than a utility vehicle.

Nothing wrong I guess. Be sure to bath thoroughly afterwards though, and pray heavily to the GM god for forgiveness.

Great car Richard... bought the S197 body style in 05 when they came out... just to let you know.... they hug the road better the faster you drive them .....
we don`t need no stinkin TCS lol

and if you put about 15 Grand into it ...it eats Cobra`s for breakfast......

Thats ok you will be fine! My 70 convertible sits in the garage next to a 99 SVT Cobra Mustang convertible! The 2 look quite at home together and the Cobra is a blast to drive! Plus it is the womans ride!

I looked seriously at one of these for daily driver but then I would need a winter beater too. Canadian winters + Mustangs = Ditches.

That is certainly a step up and forward to what you had! A vert to boot!
Not sure where the "worse" part is; it is way hard too look cool in a minivan.

Richard, I sure hope this helps. I think Ford builds some of the best products available today. I have a 99 Expedition with 144,000 miles on it. I bought it new and it has been and still is a very good vehicle. Good thing about Texas is we get to use convertibles a lot of the year.

Too cool.

If I was forced to buy a new car it would be a Ford.

Couldn't wait for the Government Motors Cramaro convertible??

I had a 87 mustang and liked it for awhile. Looks like a nice car and I guess the only thing that matters is what momma thinks about it. I hope she loves it and the gesture from you Richard. What helps is to know that she has someone close who really cares about how she is feeling and doing whatever he can to help. Going through a similar problem with my girlfriend really needing someone to help her out emotionally right now , something I have never really been good at dealing with. I never know how to deal with emotional women but I am trying. It's all we can do Richard ....let us know what she thinks about the mustang.

In my youth, I had alot of fun in a 64 1/2 Rustang.
[the details of which I will leave to more vivid imaginations]

Well its been sitting at airport parking all week. I decided on a last minute trip to Disney World for the girls. It was fun but we are back now. Time to fade back in to the real world.
