The Mecum listing isn't much help either:

Mecum's listing states its a H/O replica, so starting life as a 442 is a possibility.

Given the VIN, it's more than a possibility.

It is a replica 69 H/O. White interior, wrong wheels, 1970 W30 4speed intake, no porprotion valve on brake booster, 4 speed with console etc.. Nice car but as far as I know there are only 2 true 1969 H/Os left. I personally saw one of them in Sacramento CA. in 1989 when I purchased my Airheart Car #8 of 25 give away cars to Hurst CEOs and Executives.

This is probably the dream car giveaway car from last year. It had a truck with it.

Somebody ruined a beautiful '69 442 Convertible.
Some people need an intervention before they start tearing into things......

Good info. I have a non-Olds friend that is looking for a fun 4spd convertible. He will be at Indy to look at this car. Care to provide more info on this particular car (Good/Bad, Value?). He is not looking for real H/O just a driver quality. Feel free to PM me if you know more about this particular car or any other 69 H/O. Thanks.

Close, but the Mecum car is 4spd with White interior. This giveaway car was Auto with Black interior per this website:
