ROTFL!!!

You're good dude, you are good.

Hey, 1A Tony is the unofficial-official Classic Oldsmobile new member welcome-wagon guy.
I would recognize him if I saw him anywhere.
I heard that he works at The Wal-Mart part-time as a greeter so that may explain things.

I'm the self-proclaimed king of the not really earnest answers.

You're welcome Martin.

Hey Tony, it's all in fun.
We're all Olds guys and have to stick together.
Actually there is just the one and only Oldsguy and new member Oldguy but who's splitting hairs?

BTW, did you greet Oldguy yet ???

There are no stupid questions here.
Don't feel bad, I don't understand most of what's written here.

More letters can be added to the end for effect.

Invisible top secret friend???
Do you have an evil twin like me too.

Tony is hard at work right now, I just saw him, this isn't in the newbie forum so he'll never see this thread.

Well, it has nothing to do with cars!! It is "text talk" that people - especially the younger kids use today instead of saying the whole word or words. ROTFL means Rolling On The Floor Laughing. You'll see it used again, I'm sure.

Does Tony have a car???
Inquiring minds need to know.

I can't help it if I have nothing better to do at three in the morning, that's when I do my best work.
I crash early every eve in spectacular fashion only to re-awaken like the legendary Phoenix from the ashes of my demise.

My neighbor's bedroom is about forty feet straight across from my garage door or I would be out there making noise in the early hours, the bars are closed so that's out.
I have been known to spray all my interior parts at that time, the compressor wasn't that loud.
My neighbor didn't mind that much when he came over to talk to me, just wondered what I was doing.

I'm knocking out a few teeth and moving to Streetsyltucky where you have to work on your car at three in the morning.
If you don't they'll look at you funny-like and say "We don't need your type kind around these here parts".

I don`t know if Tony got a carBut i know somebody who has not.His name is Alex and he is interested to buy a Mustang. We are very helpfull to everybody in case of classic cars.We told him about the Stang-Forum and how to find answers to his questions thereHe was invited to our Regulars`Table as well. It`s open to everybody anyway!!! The first time he asked questions listed on a huge piece of paper Our specialists answered as good as possible for hours. They offered him supports by watching selected cars. Most of the stuff is well explained in thausends of answers in the Mustang Forum. It seems Alex never tried that way to get satisfiedWell,he attended us to some US Car meetings.Big basic error. Next time he came back with another, longer list.Same questions, same answersLast week we celebrated our first official year with our Regulars`Table.Alex was not invitedAll of us had for shure a night without any boring seconds. Some members where at work,we missed them so bad. Nobody ask where Alex was We all think he will never buy a Stang.Do not forget:"Alex" is everywhere

Well I hope you directed him to a mustang forum on the web and did not let him in on the classic Olds like the 442's or anything like that. If we get an Alex from germany asking hundreds of questions about classic 442's or Olds muscle cars then we know who to blame eh

Hope you directed him to Dr. Mustang- first, they'll confuse him, then ignore him, then probably throw him off the site for bothering people (AAAAh- I mean REAL people!)!

So that "Alex" is the guy at shows and cruises that you see heading straight to your car in a bee-line to ask a hundred questions you have to quickly make yourself invisible to.

"Alex" has never had an old car but knew somebody with one.
Same guy who walks up to you when you're detailing the engine and says "Excuse me? Is this your car?".

Our "Alex" in my old car club was named "Shamu".
The guy was belligerent and cocky on top of it, nobody ever invited him to join or knew where he came from, he would just be around us like some sort of evil parasite.
We got rid of him by secretly switching the plug wires on his beater car every time he would show up so he couldn't follow us when we took off cruising.
We could of totally disabled the car it but it was more fun watching it backfire and shoot flames out of the carb when he was trying to start it as we drove off.

We are all enthusiasts and we do lots for our cars. And,in fact,we are exhibitionists. We enjoy it to the full people on the sidewalk salute our cool vehikles, driven by cool guys allways wearing sunglasesThe worst possible case on a cruising trip is a look into the rear view mirror without seeing smiling faces
We take the next parking to walk around our pumpkins to see what`s wrong
The very most of us are self aducated classic car specialists and spread our dangerous smattering. But sometimes we just want to enjoy our cars, ourself and the selected company of our friends. Those days are not good to any annoying nuts
