This one hits home for some reason. I've been listening to him almost my whole life. I've seen him in concert 3 times and always had a great time. I always thought that he would live forever. I suppose that he will in his music, but it still feels odd.

Rum drinks being raised tonight! Cheers Jimmy!

We'll miss ya, Jimmy! His music has crossed generations and genres over the years. I was lucky to see him in concert at an amphitheater in Honolulu maybe 10 years ago.

My wife and kids got to see him a few years ago in Cincinnati. My youngest girl is a huge Parrothead, we got her tickets for her birthday.

Very sad to hear. It seemed like he would live forever. There is a separate channel on SiriusXM called "Margaritaville" that plays, of course, lots of his songs. I have one of the preset buttons set to that channel. I hope they keep the channel for a long time to come. (Of course, they've had the "Siriusly Sinatra" channel since he died, and that was 25 years ago, so I'm confident Margaritaville will be around a while.)

Been a fan of Jimmie since Day 1. If his music couldn't get a party started no one could. Thanks for the music. RIP

How can one loose being wasted away in margaritaville, playing the music you love when you want, and being Jimmy Buffet. Sounds like a life well done. I really like his duet with Allen Jackson "Its 5o'clock somewhere"
A bit of his spirit will always live on through his music, lyrics, and fans.

I was watching an interview today and his last song is about to be released. It's titled "The gummy just kicked in".

Nice to see that he never changed, right up to the end.

Plenty of good to say about someone like Jimmy Buffett that was just a chill cool person in person and professionally. He brought people together from so many different lifestyles. Peace to him and his family. 🙏
