Just a thank you to all

Just wanted to say thanks to this site and all the wonderful people that give the gift of their knowledge and valuable time! I have a 72 faux 442 convertible 4 speed that isn’t done (looks rough - interior rough - could use some fine tuning) but for the most part has been very reliable and runs great - many of you helped guide and encourage me to get the suspension done - brakes done - get it running. I’ve been scarce on this site simply because I’ve been out enjoying the hell out of it! 7,500 miles on her last summer - and looking close to the same this year. Just wanted to say thanks again for all the help! … back to making memories with my 16 year old son who is still practicing with it to master stick shift driving! Thanks gang!

You are welcome. It's a pleasure for us (mostly old-timers) to share our lifetimes of information. Especially with people who listen.

There is a good group of folks on this site and as Eric said, it is nice for them to be recognized.

This sight has a wealth of knowledge for sure !! and it extends past Oldsmobile's. There are folks here from all walks of life and that makes things interesting. a lot of the the knowledge here comes from - BEEN THERE DONE THAT- also known as experience and there is no substitute for that.. Thank you Classic Oldsmobile.
