Yeah, as we get old & flabby, we sometimes have to change our lifestyle.
YOU know -- that's why you've decided to view this thread!!!


So last night, I went to a brand new fitness center near me and they have some swanky new equipment -- half of which I didn't know what they were.


I asked the manager which of these machines would make me attractive to the women !?!?!?!?


He pointed ---------------------------------------------- to the ATM.

^I always heard that money won't buy you happiness......but it will let you buy a lot of cool fun stuff that will make you forget about all that sadness....

Yeah, you are right. I recently had to buy new suits as the ones I bought back in the '90s were getting a bit tight. Seems as if I put on about 15 pounds over the past 20 years. I gotta get back in shape.

So, as I told you I am on this new mission to trim down -- and last night,
I burned 5000 calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pretty good for one night!!! How, you ask.........
Well, it wasn't sex, I am not that lucky.......


I put a cookie tray full of brownies in the oven and set to 350....
I fell asleep....... and when I awoke....... they were all burned.
(Bummed) Have a nice day (and a brownie -- it's July 4th weekend)!!!!!!
