Numerous reports say that Linda Vaughn suffered a heart attack.

Says the post: “Longtime racing beauty queen, and former Miss Hurst Shifter, Linda Vaughn is in the hospital where she is being treated for a recent heart attack. She recently lost her boyfriend due to heart problems and we hear she has been under a lot of stress. We wish her well.”

I believe she has had heart trouble for several years now. Unfortunately we all get old. I have never had the opportunity to meet her and I have never heard a bad thing about her. I wish her well. Surprisingly she does not have a Wikipedia page.

IMO: She's a very important part of Olds history. I wish her a speedy recover.

 

Beautiful woman inside and out. A fine representative for the Oldsmobile brand. She is in my prayers for a speedy recovery. Someday when she does stand at the pearly gates (hopefully later than sooner)she will be met with the same fanfare she enjoyed on earth. I can see Octania greeting her. When / if I get to heaven my vision includes an Oldsmobile presents. How can heaven not include Olds folks.

 

I did not realize she's 73. Linda is our first lady of Oldsmobile now. Hope she recovers quickly.

Found this update: I have been told that Linda had a Stent installed and is at home resting during her recovery.
