Turn it up LOUD

Half the length of the original Sticky Fingers version and ten times as nasty. I gotta get the SF remaster...

Oh yeah!! After partying all night with the tunes cranked up, I like to slow things down a little with taking my wife by the hand leading her into the dark all stoned singin', " I will come to your emotional rescue".

Extremely tasty mix ...

Rocketraider , you completely messed ( in a positive way ) up my afternoon .
So here is how it goes . In 1971 , when this was released , if you could play this ,, AND Funk 49 by Joe Walsh + the James Gang , you could get a job with anybody . A not so SLIGHTLY known fact is that Keith Richards did NOT come up with that signature opening lick .. It was Ry Cooder .
Sticky Fingers was recorded @ Muscle Shoals in 1969 - It was not released until 4 / 23 / 1971 after remastering @ Olympic Studios in London ..
It was Ry Cooder that taught Keith Richards the open E tuning that is this songs signature . That happened between 1968 and 1969 . Keith picked up on the same signature for Honky Tonk Women , and Brown Sugar ...
So Raider , now tonight , I to have to tune my acoustic A'lo Prinzi down to E and show myself I can still do this ..
Thank You Sir , and Well Played .. Jimi2

Had a suite mate in college who used to get all tanked up on Jack Daniels and then put his Stones albums on. This song was one of his favorites. He had this gimpy leg from a birth defect and when he got rolling it was this cross between Joe Cocker and Mick Jagger with the bottle of Jack as a microphone.
We had to shut him down one night when this thing that looked like a cat hair ball came up on his pillow. Ah the memories.
