Oh my gosh so funny. Here in Denver we got it. I walk my dogs every day starting at 6:30 am. It was -17 the other morning. My husky loves it. My older dog Sky is like what the?? Denver is great because we get so much sun. Warms right back up.

I used to live in Litton (part of Denver I’m sure now), and for fun we would go to an off-ramp with a stoplight at the bottom and watch the cars slide into each other, I mean one after another. Amazing what students will do for entertainment, and It cost nothing. Though elevation is 5000 feet, many people don't learn to drive in snow and ice because of the sun thing.Tedd

Ha ha Tedd. I am thinking that you are thinking about Littleton. Sounds like near the college Arapahoe Community College off Littleton Boulevard. It's funny how they constantly call out Colorado driver's and all you see are out of state plates. I live near DU Denver University. There is a new brewery as of a year ago. The other day I walked my dogs by. No lie thirteen cars. Not one Colorado plate. What are all you Texans doing here? More Texas plates than any other state.

It's amazing what 50+ years will do to your memory. I was a student of Colorado School of Trades Gun Smithing 1545 Hoyte st. Can't remember the town, but can remember the address of the school. I hope this is not a sign of things to come...Tedd

Ha ha. We all get there.

I shouldn't say it but Denver is just the best. We don't have Minnesota cold. Crazy swings temperature wise but.. Oh sorry. For the spelling challenged. CSTW... (You are expected to know what that means) We were -17 on my dog walk two days ago. Today damn near 65 degrees. I hope everyone came thru the cold healthy.

Ironic. One of my nephew's is a gunsmith. Went into the Marines and was bored. He is a marksman and competitive shooter now.

I shot competitive for 25+ years(many different disciplines), some of the best friends I have ever had or will have came from those games. I miss the games, but really miss the people mostly.. Tedd
