So sorry about your weather, but it's not our fault.

They are playing hockey on the streets of Bradford wearing skates, lets hope nobody gets a break-away or they will end up in the Maritimes.
We have an inch of ice right now and another inch on the way tonight!
We gotta bring back the studded tires!

Don't feel alone! We are getting hit here in the Lansing area. I just ran to my work to grab my freshly repaired generator, gas uped the cars and gas can.

I also given recent history moved both daily drivers into the yard or neighbors drives away from trees. We cannot park in the street over night due to city rules!

I have been up since 3:30 AM EST hearing branches breaking and crashing hopefully to the ground! Lost a few decent branches, they landed on our drive so my moves on the cars are paying off!

Hopefully nothing hits the house. This years winter has been hell on us, snow, cold, rain and freezing rain. The wind is now starting to pick up to around 15 mph just great!
Last two plus weeks, only 2 24 hr breaks from crap falling from the sky.

I went outside 3 times in the past 1 1/2 hrs, being careful to stay away from trees and using rubber boots for possible downed wires, sounds terrible people around me losing branches like crazy, cringing every time something cracks or pops. Looks like the Stihl saw is going to get a workout along with myself.

I hope the other people in the ice zone are doing ok? Stay safe on both sides of the boarder!

Glad I moved out of Conn. in 92! Yeah I put up with hurricanes, but we had as many of them up there! This week we are basking in sunshine and warm temps!

Update, we are losing branches like crazy, only damage so is our light post in the yard, knock ed the light of the top, I am sure it fixable. Close to eight branches so far some are 25 ft. long and 18 in. in diameter! All the neighbors are up and out, so far only next door neighbor had his power line to the house go down. I still have mine

I am just hoping that this it as far branches, should be getting rid of the freezing rain soon but not out of the woods by a long shot, only have one day above freezing before going back into the cold again.

Only plus side is less leaves to clean up next fall!

We have got off lucky so far, just a thin layer of ice here. Sucks when you see all the damage to the trees and even worse what they land on when they come down....

Round 2 is parked over N.E Wisconsin right now. It's a white out here and coming down at over an inch an hour with 30 mph winds.
