Tedd ,back at the oldsobile game again

Been a way or a while, I've had a life-changing event happen in the last month when I had an already damaged spinal column decided to stop sending signals to my legs. As I type now, I. can't walk a step. I just am getting over a spinal Laminectomy and the outlook is not as hopeful as I had hoped, I'll have a better I will have better information in about a week. I will let you know.... Tedd

Tedd, best of luck and prayers for a full and speedy recovery. I've had spinal surgery (broke my neck) so I know what you are up against. I hope it all works out for you and you are able once again to crawl around on the floor under your ride(s) to make necessary repairs.

Tedd, many of us experience slower recovery from procedures and operations now that we are older and can empathize with you. I pray for your continued good demeanor with a positive outlook on recovery and ask God to give you strength, energy, patience and support from close loved ones.

Prayers for you Tedd. Thank you for checking in with us all. We do care about each other. Wishing you great recovery. 🙏

I was paralyzed from the chest down at 17. They wanted to remove my leg. They told me that I would never walk again. I didn't walk for over 18 months. Relearning to walk was no joke. Keep your head up. Keep your head in the positive side of the game. Hell getting older for sure. You have a lot of support here. I am sure you have great support around you as well. Thoughts and prayers your way. 🙏👍

I had the laminectomy as well as fusion of L5L4 in 2019. Took awhile but after recouping I was glad I had both done. Now I have nerve pinch at L3. Hope my neuro surgeon can do it again. Get well soon, after all we are not getting younger.

I messed up my back in a car wreck in 2012.. I didn't let the do surgery as they wanted to send me by Mexico to do it .prolly cheap.. and said if it went wrong I'd end up messed up prolly in a wheelchair..so I declined . I get pain where I can barely stand and hard to move every blue moon mainly when it's cold or a cold front comes .but better then being in a wheelchair..I'm not 40 yet but close .
My dads getting up there so I want to do as much as we can before we can't no more.. we have so much to do and so many parts and projects.. 3 66 67 chevelles a 66 el camino.. caddilacs building a garage ECT.. wish money grew on trees .. I been fighting for custody of my kids since 2018 and lawyers sucked me dry.. all my life savings.. but i got my kids now due yo my ex not showing up to the last final but judge was linent on her and gave her a chance to plead her side .she didn't like whst tge judge and amicus had to say so now she asked for a jury trial and now my lawyer wants alot more money . So everything is on hold..me and the kids can't even go out because I have to save every dollar.. I applied for SSI and disability last year but that's taking forever.. might have to get a part time job to stay afloat because I'm going through the last of my life savings.. :'(
