Really? A personal rant, but that's ok.

I use these in my work ok. Packaging and shipping? Quick and fine, thanks.
1st. order. I need 2. Not available at this price with free ship. OK, still need it.
Order, go back, availabe? Yes, just one less than last time. Wow,order 2nd.
Same $ w/ free ship, fine. Here's my $.

3 days, they're here, nice, same truck. The driver & I had a chuckle. One works as it should, the other won't lock to save it's life, POS. Drop ship? Who the heck knows. They couldn't even check orders from 5 mins. apart to see if they could go in one box.

Instead of sending the part that sucks back, they will probably want me to send the whole pole back. I have to look on the up-side I suppose. Folks working... Anyone care to guess what part of these units is F'ed. It's the " Made in the USA" that makes me sad...

All paint extensions suck except maybe Wooster products. I spent forever writing up credits on defective paint tools, some imports were better but certainly not all. In times past many domestic tools were somewhat hand made or at least inspected. Now its how many can we punch out on this machine in a hour to compete with Orient. Most never have human eyes on them ever on both sides of the pond..... Tedd

I ordered two bike tires at the same time (one order) and they came in separate boxes that each were big enough for 3-4 tires. Both were from the same warehouse. Made no sense.
