posting video

This may be in the wrong place, why do I have problems posting video, every now and then I manage to get one through but 98% of the time the page loads to 50% stops and I get "Upload Error: Invalid url" what am I doing wrong ?

I imagine the file is too big. Video files are usually huge.

You'd probably have better luck posting the video to youtube and then posting a link to that video. That'll cause the video to appear in the message here.
