I'd feel even more sorry for her if she was the head cheerleader in school too.

The Chebby dealer's daughter at my high school drove different brand new Corvettes to school every week.
She was fat and homely and had a snob attitude, all the guys ever wanted "more" of from her were rides in her car.

Those cold and gloomy winter car lot scenes with dirty snow everywhere all look a lot like Cleveland when I was young youth. They bring a tear to my eye and I get a lump in my throat when I look at them.
I really do.

That dealer with John Deere tractors is still in Tecumseh, Nebraska.
Too bad that big old tree is gone from the corner now.

The Brinkman guy is retired and still around, just celebrated his 60th wedding anniversary. He collects John Deere tractors and still operates a small business rebuilding and repairing them with the help of his sons who now run the Chebby dealership.
So they're still involved with John Deere, it is Nebraska after all, can't you drive a truck, tractor or combine there before you can walk??

My car was sold new at Bill Burch Oldsmobile in Alhambra, CA..
Here's a local high school yearbook pic of him in the showroom at some time in the 60's pointing at something?? in the car to the homecoming king and queen.
That girl looks like she doesn't want to be there.
