The Guvnah signed SB777 outlawing the Carolina Squat in Virginia into law yesterday March 22 and takes effect immediately. I understand South Carolina is close to outlawing the Squat as well.

I think SB777 cleared the Virginia Legislature quicker than any bill in recent memory. That fatality crash involving a Squat last month mobilized things.

Amazingly the kid driving the Squat has to date been charged only with reckless driving.

 

I guess there are no squatters rights, whats a squatter to do?
