I've only ever eaten them rolled in flour and fried in butter.Dose anyone know any other recipes that have tried or have heard of,1000's of them on the web was hoping to find a try and true one or two.

Sorry...when I saw the title I thought you meant Shrooooms Dude... My mother goes hunting for those in northern Michigan in the spring. They are very good.

Looks like somebody like collecting spore, molds, and fungus...
Find any magic ones??

I like fresh mushrooms.
When I stayed in Astoria, Oregon one year, a guy who stayed at the same B&B picked some and the innkeeper mixed them up in our breakfast. Very good!

Hey railguy. I just got a belly full about an hour ago. You should try sautéing them with some onions in butter. Put them on a burger or a steak. To DIE for.

I was reading a few weeks ago that morels were early this year in this part of the country. One of the mechanics at work hunts them and when he read that he freaked- thought he'd missed them.
