Missed some stuff since my bro gave the Olds

I went on a cruise tonight with the Baraboo gang 20 cars 35 mile one way run pretty cool... when I got home I opened the glove box... protecter plate, owner manual, emissions systems, consumer information, New vehicle Warranty brochure etc. purchase date, name of owner etc. and relished the local Jefferson Wi dealer Krause Oldsmobile 50/ 50,000 Warranty document among other previous owner info. Never even thought to look in the glove box, glad I did.. If anyone knows Duane Hanson from Jefferson Wi. I am the caretaker of the car he bought in 72.

I will take some pics in a day or so of the paperwork for kicks.

Ironic thing that hit home was the date of sale and documentation 7-7-72 my 10th b-Day... how cool. I never knew until tonight the delivery history, since my bro purchased the car in 2002 and gave it to me this year, The history is neat to know... what a hoot. Hope you are all good.

Have fun ,
I'm finding the history as much fun as the car, I was provided with the orig owners manual with orig owner info and dealer info all typed in the 1st page inside cover,
The original owners name was Edna, My mothers name was Edna ( not the most common name) vehicle originally purchased in suburb of Chicago (I'm from Chicago) Googled the orig owner address and found her orig. home
Good luck on your history quest !! would love to hear if you succeed . this is one of those times when the internet can be your friend.

Solly how neat the name of the owner has the connection with your mothers name, Wayne, Greg- also thanks for the reply, I agree the history is unique it only happened once. I apologize for not posting the photo's of the documents, my phone camera won't send to my computer for some reason. When I got the car from my bro it just seemed natural to find out the history.

I will find a way to show you all the original dealer/customer documents. From the research I have done so far I think the Duane Hanson I am looking for was (I think he just passed in 2015) a minister with Bethal Lutheran Church in Jefferson, not for sure yet.

The key chain that came with the car.... "𝓑le𝔰𝔰 thi𝔰 ℭar O LORD WE PRAY MAKE IT 𝕾afe BY NIGHT & DAY" (Praying Hands).

Pretty cool.
