If you have a quiet muffler and wire wheel covers on the wagon, you can do the same with just a little rigging...
Guys with wire wheel covers and fenderskirts already have what it takes - just clip on a card and go!

Good idea - my coworker has one and he did not even come to work with it and get snow on it. Of course slippery surfaces and bad brakes is a bad combination...
I think he needs that link...
