I understand more and more why reporters and paparazzi get punched in the face. The paparazzi that chased down Diana Windsor should have faced criminal charges in her death.

I'm not a Springsteen fan because of his politics, not his music. I read the whole story and the Park Police clearly were way out of line not dropping the charges immediately after they found he had a .02. I wonder if the group of fans that offered him the shots of tequila were charged with drinking on federal lands

 

Here in Arizona the law says 0.08 is the limit, but a person can still be charged with ANY amount below the legal limit. I don't even know why we have a legal limit.

 

Probably not. Nobodies aren't high-profile enough when you're playing the "look who I caught" game.

I try to ignore an artist's politics and enjoy the music they proffer unless they're blatant about it in their lyrics. If I didn't I wouldn't have much to listen to!

There are the unfortunate times through premeditated thought, actions based on stupidity or ignorance that nobodies do become somebodies whether alcohol or drugs played a part or not. I'd bet a lot of us, including myself are so glad mobile phones with cameras nor youtube existed when we were young.

 

Here in Massachusetts you can be charged with the ambiguous "Impaired Driving" ... if they are not sure what your messed up on ...
Sure a good lawyer will likely get you off UNLESS you crashed, or was so messed up you couldn't even stand up, or said the wrong thing like - "Oh I'm just on MY prescription meds" as my friend said when pulled over for speeding which lead to his loss of License for 2 years due to a previous DUI 20 +- years ago

Tiger not a fan but we will see what happens with that one. So sick of hearing the car rolled over and over. Yeah sure it did. ZERO marks on the roof of that car. Sounds like that sreet is known for clueless drivers having problems.

Can't even imagine being famous in today's day and age. Then I again I don't strive for a huge booty. Huge fake lips. Fake everything else. Oh this world.
