Two rednecks with beer and degrees in aeronautical design and engineering.

My Weber kettle grill looks like a good candidate for rocket power, and not an Olds V8, although that ain't a bad idea either?.

My son (44) bought a large model of a P51 Mustang for a Father/Son thing to do. We immediately figured out that we needed to prepare. He bought a computer program for this particular plane. So far I have managed to take off, circle slowly, and land it ONCE! Crashed every time, otherwise. Much more to it than meets the eye. Now he has purchased a (similar in size, but MUCH slower) trainer for us to learn on. I manage to crash it every time on the computer, also. I am just amazed that this guy is flying a lawnmower (I know it's really a model plane, but still amazing). Kudos to him. I'll keep trying on the 'puter.

I have an RC truck with a wireless camera I duct-taped to the roof.
I sit in the cool house in the summer and chase the dogs around the backyard on TV.

I had to see what the deal with that thing was.

You buy the 'mower kit and build it, looks like pretty basic stuff other than looking like a lawnmower.

A flying 1969 H/O hood would be cool.

I think that flying lawn mower has been around for a while. I was into that hobby about twenty years ago and remember seeing one back then. What is really icool are the scale WWII models of B52s and other multi-engine aircraft that can have a wingspan as large as six feet or more even. They have multi-engines on them, can drop "bombs", retract landing gear, etc. Extremely impressive....
