I have been blessed with three daughters so over the years I have heard female references that I otherwise may have never heard some of them are hilarious but probably cant be shared here, however the cold reference that effects the girls / twins ,well my daughters refer to that as running with the high beams on.

Actually, Matt, it's not the opposite effect. It is the same effect. Both sexes suffer from shrinkage in the cold. (Thank George Costanza for that line! ) Just, on the female form it is the surrounding tissue that shrinks, causing the headlights to go Hi-Beam, which all men enjoy. Of course, the men, we get, well, shrinkage!
