Here is my new CUTLASS TATTOO ...

I went this past Wednesday night and got my Cutlass tattoo.
It's a memorial tattoo for my dad who passed away when I was 21. It's mostly just the outline right now and shading. I have to go back in 3 weeks to get the color filled in. So I just thought I would show it to you guys. I'm so excited that it's finally almost done. So tell me what you think! Does anyone else have any cool tat's?

That came out nice, didn't it? It will look good once it's filled in. My 20 year old daughter has 2 tattoos.... I coulda kicked her butt, lol. I'm not really a tattoo person, though.

Nice!
Mines not Car related,...but, it is a Memorial... to my Uncle Armand.
He was on his way to Schofield (Hawaii) when Pearl Harbor happened.
He spent the next 3 years doing the dirty work in the Pacific and was killed 2 months before the war ended.
I spent 6 months waiting to get in with the guy that did the work, and I gotta say, it looks exactly like the picture (which is the only one we have of him).
I love tatoos that actually mean something....

lol, it is kinda big but I wanted to make sure you saw the detail of the car.
I can't wait until it's done. I'm crossing my fingers I have the $300 it's gonna cost to get it colored in. Originally the guy said it would be $400 for all of it. But it was almost 3 hours for the first session and he said another 3 or maybe 4 hours for the color. So it's gonna be about $200 over what I thought. But I couldn't be any happier. Though I miss my dad more lately, I'm honored to have his car and name on me. Oh and I was named after him too... My name is Jessica.
And ya it's gonna be gold, with a white top like our car was. I'm already kinda nit picking the details of the car. I thought they could do chrome or silver in a tat. Is that not the case?

Thank you for the compliments!!! I love tats. Would love to see any that anyone else has.

Very cool tat. That's really good work. Where did you get it done? By Who?
I love tattoos that have meaning behind them too. Not all these butterfly *** tats people get. lol

If they can, and you ever got sick and had to have an MRI, you would probably not be happy.

Hey thanks for the link. I actually think I saw your tattoos of the two cars when I was researching my idea for the tattoo of the cutlass. I asked my tat artist if he could put my dads name on the side of the car like that and he said he couldn't so he had to put it below it. I like how it turned out though thank god. Anyway, nice tat's man, for real!!!

Why thank you Jessica! What a great tribute to your dad! Yeah, a good friend of mine does my ink, of course, she doesn't charge me! My wagon tat isn't completed yet, and it has only been 5 years........chrome can be done with shades of blue, that's what still needs to be finished up on mine. Does it look like real chrome?, no, but works almost as well!

Hmmm. I'm going to ask my guy. Because most of what should have been chrome/silver is black on mine it seems. 5 years! lol, you should get on it!
