Cool. July 1, 1867 is the date, right? Makes your country 144 years old. Congratulations.

We down south will be turning 235 on Monday.

I am only half Canadian...so I have to work half the day. My wife is a Canuck and I am American. I work in Detroit...So the holidays that don't line up are a bit of a hassle. Any way Happy Cananda Day to all my Canadian friends!

Why can't holidays be more spirited,

Like

"Happy our country kicked your country's *** day."

Or

"Happy we stole your land and would do it again day"

Too politically incorrect?

That's Ok because today is July 1st .. 'politically incorrect day.'
