Hey thanks! That really means a lot that you guys remembered. I am going to do a few chores today but not much. I am going to pull out the old straight six that came out of the '46 and measure it. Fritz decided he could use it in the '39 his dad left him so we are working out how to get it to his location. I am leaning toward putting it on a pallet and have already snagged a couple of good prospects at work that are not pine. Finding out the dimensions is the first step to that process.
Then I have to clean out a downspout that a bird left some nesting material in. Almost anyone living in the mid south, south, mid west, central region knows how much rain we have had recently and a clogged downspout is not welcome.
After that, I am not doing anything except chill. We are going to grill some steaks and Ruby's brother is coming over to visit so it should be a nice evening. It has stopped raining here, finally!!!

Rhanks guys, thanks again. No need to call me Mr. I work for a living.
Got the straight six out of the corner. Here are a few pictures. That sucker is heavy! Going to get out the engine hoist, it's easier.

Hey - Happy (belated) birthday!!
Hope you treated yourself with a good cruise (or some good food and beer if it was raining...)
Keep up the good work with the car projects - make a resolution to do more!
BTW, send some of that rain to Dallas - i can use it for sure...
