Hagerety Ins
I called them last week and almost doubled my agreed value, not because they contacted me, but because I've been watching sales and there was no way I could replace my car for what it was previously. insured for. My prorated increase was $66 which probably translates to about double that for the year. It seemed like a lot of money but for now I wanted to protect myself. Considering I only drive the car about four months a year my premium is getting out of hand for sure

As a comparison, my full coverage policy cost for 2022. First car agreed value $100,000, premium $273/year; second car agreed value $130,000, premium $453/year.

I can relate my recent experience with them;
I bumped my 442 from 30 to 60K last week after spending 30 min with a knowledgeable Hagerty agent. We also bumped my spare parts insurance and added the "cherished vehicle" clause which guarantees I keep it regardless of damage. That was the first time I had really spent any time with a Hagerty rep and must admit was pretty impressed. We also bumped my daughters Falcon from 7 to 10K and added the cherish clause on it as well. I don't remember exact amount but I think it was another 2-300 a year for my 442.
