Familiar w/ Simplicity Legacy Tractors?

I have an early 2000’s Simplicity Legacy 2wd tractor that I recently bought and need someone’s knowledge. Riding tractors are a mystery to me and I am trying to check compatibility of a mower deck. The available deck (from another party) is virtually new and I believe it is compatible but it is a full day round trip from me that I don’t want to waste due to ignorance.

Tractor - #1693764 Simplicity Legacy 23 (~01-03) Serial# 70393
Mower Deck - #1693630 54” Serial# 60816

Picture of deck looks right, is driven by front PTO with a short driveshaft, electric lift. Any insight available?

Let me get into work. I have books back to 1996. The only other tractors were the 9020's that used shaft drive, they also used hydraulic lift. IIRC 2 blades turn clockwise and the other counter clock wise. Also there is a serial number break @60000 for the blades.

That deck is from a 1996-1997. According to my best l&g sales guy you should be good to go!
